Returns and Exchange
We are happy to assist you in providing you with a credit note, exchange or refund if you wish to return or exchange item/s from your order for valid reasons.

In order to be eligible for return or exchange, you can return an item up to 2 days from the date your package was delivered, ONLY if the item has any manufacturing defects(provided with an opening video). No other reasons are entertained for return or exchange.

Kindly note that

  • No refund for change of mind.
  • No refund or exchange for sale items.
  • Post your items along with the Returns / Exchange Form to the below address.
  •  Goods must be
    • Unworn.
    • Unwashed.
    • with original tags and packaging intact.
    • Free of stains, odor, and damage

Please allow up to 7 days for your returns to be processed and replacements to be dispatched.

Damaged or faulty goods
If you believe you have received a faulty item please contact our Customer Service team by email to contact@thecottonbaby.com. Post the item to us along with the proof of purchase and we will assess it for any manufacturing defects. We will offer you a replacement or credit if the item is found faulty after assessment. Item/s will be returned to you if it is not deemed to be a manufacturing fault after assessment.

Receiving wrong items
If you have received items that does not match your purchase description or received item that was not ordered by you, we will send you the correct item after arranging for the pickup of the wrong item.

Colors
We have done our best to display colors of the products on our website as accurately as possible, however, we cannot guarantee the colors displayed by your monitor are same as the one’s displayed on our website as accuracy of colors depend on the type of monitor used.
